Bee Charging Solutions AB, founded in 2015 in Helsingborg, rapidly grew into Sweden’s largest electric vehicle charging network. That fast expansion and a dispersed field-based workforce strained collaboration, document management, and infrastructure, while the connected charging points generated large volumes of GDPR-sensitive customer and IoT data that required robust security.

Bee moved to Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) with Power BI and an Azure-based IoT backend, and added Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Intune for security and device management. The result: reliable anytime/anywhere access, faster document discovery, actionable insights into charging patterns, and stronger data protection—positioning the company to scale, innovate, and meet compliance requirements.
