CSC elevates workplace agility, cultivates new market opportunities with Office 365

CSC, a global professional services firm with more than 10,000 employees, needed to modernize its workplace to support mobility, global collaboration and stricter handling of intellectual property and sector-specific regulatory controls. The company also had to meet workforce expectations for mobile access and faster delivery while positioning itself to help clients move to “as a service” models.

CSC adopted Microsoft Office 365—Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business and Power BI—using a hybrid approach and Microsoft FastTrack to migrate 55,000 users in five weeks. The rollout delivered a mobile, secure collaboration platform (including the CSC WorkShare intranet), cloud backups, real-time coauthoring and self-service analytics, boosting productivity, accelerating service delivery and creating new market credibility as a service integrator for clients transitioning to the cloud.
