Allen Arthritis is a small, four-person rheumatology practice in Allen, Texas, led by Dr. John Lavery that sees about 20–25 patients daily. The clinic struggled with unreliable on-premises servers and a paper-based intake survey that required 5–10 minutes of manual processing per patient, creating downtime, workflow delays, and HIPAA exposure risks.
