Sasria SOC, a South African state-owned short-term insurer, needed to consolidate disparate financial, insurance and HR systems and reduce time-consuming manual reconciliation and reporting. The company partnered with DAC Systems and deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP alongside Microsoft Project (Project Online), SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Teams to modernize processes and create a single source of truth.

DAC Systems implemented the Microsoft Project-enabled Dynamics 365 solution to centralize data, automate reconciliations and introduce a self-service portal. The Microsoft Project-powered deployment removed duplicate data entry, automated bank statement matching and standardized reporting—cutting customer feedback reporting from three days to five minutes and saving HR roughly four days per recruitment cycle—while improving security, reducing phishing incidents and speeding decision-making.
