NCOC overhauls ITM project management processes with Project for the web and Power Platform

The North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC), a large Kazakhstan-based oil and gas consortium, faced fragmented ITM project management—using SharePoint lists, Excel schedules and slide-based reporting—which limited visibility, collaboration and agility as they moved from waterfall to more agile delivery. To centralize data and improve KPI management and reporting, NCOC adopted Microsoft Project solutions, notably Project for the web, together with the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power BI) and Microsoft Teams.
