Dom Development, one of Poland’s leading residential developers, faced fragmented on-premises systems and siloed financial and project data that made reporting slow and overall visibility poor. To consolidate operations and move to the cloud, Dom Development worked with Microsoft Project technologies—implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management alongside Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing, Power BI and Project Online—to standardize processes across its new general contractor, Dom Construction, and speed up project onboarding.

Using Microsoft Project solutions (with implementation support from partner XPLUS), Dom Development rolled out a cloud-based ERP and integrated BI and project tools to cover purchasing, subcontractor management, deposits, payments and sales processes. The result was faster, more transparent workflows—payments and reporting are more efficient, project validity and budgeting can be monitored in real time, and “we can check in on any aspect of the business at any time,” according to the company; while no specific percentage gains were published, the deployment markedly improved decision-making speed and operational visibility.
