To make process mapping accessible to clinicians rather than graphic designers, the company adopted Microsoft Project — leveraging Visio Data Visualizer, Visio Pro for Office 365, Excel, and Office 365 cloud services to capture and share professional process maps and SOPs.

Using Microsoft Project (via Visio Data Visualizer), CorporateHealth implemented an Excel-driven workflow where clinicians enter process steps and Visio automatically generates and updates flowcharts stored on SharePoint/OneDrive.
