Global almond supplier engages with AgreeYa to drive digital transformation

Blue Diamond Growers, a California-based global almond cooperative, set out to strengthen its digital strategy by moving to the cloud and adopting the Microsoft 365 suite. To achieve business agility, BDG engaged AgreeYa Solutions and implemented Microsoft Project (Project Online) alongside Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power BI.

AgreeYa migrated BDG from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online, rebranded the intranet, implemented Project Online, delivered Teams training, and used Power Platform to automate processes. The Microsoft Project–based solution improved access to information, accelerated productivity, revamped project management and collaboration practices, reduced infrastructure costs, and positioned Blue Diamond Growers for future scalability.
