City of Saskatoon, the largest municipality in Saskatchewan, struggled with a growing and diverse pipeline of IT project requests, cumbersome tracking, and limited budget and labor capacity. The solution enabled better-informed decision making, higher staff engagement in balancing workloads, more accurate business planning, and richer reporting for accountability—allowing the City to scale as needed and more efficiently allocate limited budget and labor resources.
