Brookdale, headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, is the leading operator of senior living communities in the United States, with more than 1,100 communities in 47 states. After growing through strategic acquisitions, the company had a large, decentralized IT environment and wanted to streamline its PMO and improve visibility into resource capacity management. Brookdale turned to Microsoft Project Online as a scalable, cost-effective enterprise solution.

With Microsoft Project Online, Brookdale expected increased efficiency through consolidated and standardized project management, better resource management, and true executive dashboards. The system also supports IT projects, non-IT projects, and strategic roadmapping, and Brookdale said it would have a much better cadence for rolling out new programs.
