West Wood Club, a Dublin-based health and wellness chain with six locations and over 36,000 members, faced a plateau in digital marketing and lead generation because its legacy CRM couldn’t provide real-time insight, segmentation, or marketing automation. To modernize its approach the company worked with Microsoft Power Apps technologies—deploying Dynamics 365 and Power Apps via Microsoft partner Spanish Point—to replace its outdated CRM and better connect marketing, sales and the new website.

Spanish Point implemented a Dynamics 365/Power Apps solution with marketing automation that integrated with West Wood’s website, giving the team real‑time views, segmentation and automated campaign capabilities. The Microsoft Power Apps–powered system grew monthly new enquiries from about 900 to nearly 2,500, consolidated over 230,000 leads, enabled targeted campaigns that produced a one‑day record of 660 new memberships, and materially streamlined lead generation and sales processes.
