Toyota Ukraine enhances collaboration with dealerships to better serve end-customers

Toyota Ukraine, the official importer of Toyota and Lexus vehicles supporting more than 35 dealerships, faced slow, error-prone information sharing—manual reports sent by email meant data could be lost or outdated and dealership staff lacked a single place to access up-to-date parts, service and sales information. To modernize its digital toolbox it moved core systems to the cloud using Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps.

Working with OntargIT, Toyota Ukraine implemented a SharePoint portal and Teams for collaboration, Dynamics 365 for core processes, and automated workflows and dashboards using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Microsoft Power Apps helped automate more than 15 business process groups (including campaign approvals), eliminated paper-based vehicle-damage reporting, and cut report preparation from two–three days to instant access—speeding repairs, reducing data errors, and improving dealer responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
