Saudi Airlines Catering Company wanted to modernize inefficient manual processes as it expanded across in-flight, retail, catering, and facilities management in Saudi Arabia. With Microsoft Power Apps, the company built apps for customer feedback, visitor registration, recruitment tracking, travel orders, receipts, and digital business cards, alongside dashboards in Power BI. The customer feedback process was cut from five days to seconds, the digital business card system saved thousands of dollars in about six months, and a finance automation project with Microsoft Power Automate reduced a process from six hours to 30 minutes a month, saving more than 80 percent of the time.
