SAT Health, a Bulgarian healthcare IT provider, faced scalability, data storage, and security challenges with its Patient Support Program (PSP) system that left staff spending too much time on reporting instead of care. Working with partner MY Synergy, SAT Health rebuilt its MY Care PSP on the Microsoft Power Platform—using Microsoft Power Apps along with Power Automate, Power Pages and Azure Active Directory—to modernize workflows, data handling, and access control.

The Microsoft Power Apps–based solution (built on Dataverse with the HR7 FHIR medical standard and Azure AD single sign‑on/MFA) streamlined processes and improved security, cutting administrative time per assistant from six–seven hours to under four (over 30% faster). The platform now supports about 80 physicians, hosts more than 20,000 documents each six‑month care cycle, passes biannual audits, and delivered high user satisfaction (4.8/5), demonstrating measurable efficiency and compliance gains with Microsoft Power Apps.
