Rackspace Hosting, a global managed‑cloud provider with nearly 6,000 employees, faced fragmented collaboration across business units and geographies that slowed global teamwork. To standardize and modernize collaboration, Rackspace engaged Microsoft Power Apps alongside Microsoft Office 365 services — notably OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and ProPlus — to replace about 30 disparate tools and enable fast, mobile, cloud‑based productivity.

Microsoft Power Apps helped deliver a broader Office 365 deployment that migrated more than 11 million files (27 TB) in six weeks with Microsoft FastTrack support, expanded OneDrive use to over 4,000 employees, and centralized team sites and coauthoring workflows. The consolidated platform retired legacy services, boosted collaboration and mobility across 15 offices and six business units, and delivered measurable savings of more than $411,000 annually in licensing costs.
