Priceline powers its people with Power Apps solution

Priceline Pharmacy, part of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, needed faster, less fragmented access to sales and promotional data across its 480+ stores in Australia’s highly competitive pharmacy market. To give Pharmacy Business Leaders near real-time visibility into consolidated, group and individual store performance, Priceline Pharmacy used Microsoft Power Apps (with Azure and Bing Maps integrations) to develop the Heart in Hand app.

Using Microsoft Power Apps, Priceline replaced multiple manual reports with a mobile, low-code solution that automatically pulls data from in‑store systems and integrates with Azure Functions, Azure Table storage and Bing Maps. The app was delivered in two weeks instead of the expected two–three months, provides instant metrics on sales, average basket size, transactions per hour and seven‑day Click and Collect performance, and enabled faster, evidence‑based decisions across the network — including a Click and Collect mini-app launched within two days.
