Multi X, a Chilean salmon‑farming company with 1,000+ employees, needed a more structured, visual way to manage community relations projects and activities across the organization. To address this, Multi X worked with Microsoft Power Apps and other Microsoft solutions (Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SQL Server) to create an app-as-an-interface that would guide project thinking through a graphical interface.

Using Microsoft Power Apps, the vendor delivered an integrated app that lets Multi X’s Community Relations team capture activities, centralize data, and run reporting end to end. The solution streamlined workflows, improved data management and reporting, and provided a structured way to think about projects through a graphical interface, enabling more comprehensive oversight of community engagement.
