Morgan Sindall Group - Customer Case Study

Morgan Sindall Group, a UK construction and regeneration company with about 6,500 employees across eight businesses, needed to standardize customer engagement and modernize sales, service, and field operations while preserving decentralized teams. To solve this it adopted Microsoft technologies — including Microsoft Power Apps alongside Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Project Operations), Power BI, Teams and Office 365 — to create a centralized platform for customer service, sales and field management.

Using Microsoft Power Apps together with the Dynamics 365 suite, Morgan Sindall deployed nine customer-engagement platforms across seven business units (serving thousands of users), launched Teams to 97% of employees in two weeks, automated 92% of project workflows for field agents, and established a Center of Excellence for citizen development. The Microsoft Power Apps-enabled low-code approach and Power BI reporting delivered a 360° customer view, faster issue resolution, higher employee satisfaction, lower costs and greater developer velocity across the organization.
