Microsoft Teams helps CSG thrive during COVID-19

CSG, a global professional services firm supporting nearly 5,000 employees across 20+ countries, faced an immediate shift to remote work when COVID-19 hit and needed a fast, low-disruption collaboration solution. Working with Microsoft Power Apps, CSG leveraged its existing Microsoft 365 E5 investments—especially Microsoft Teams, plus Planner, Power BI, Power Apps and Surface Pro devices—to replace an aging tool and enable consistent global communication and productivity.

Microsoft Power Apps helped accelerate a company-wide Teams rollout through an internal “Teams Excite Day,” hands-on demos, expert support, training communications and migration dashboards. The solution made remote work seamless, with Teams becoming a “lifeline” for employees; an Ask a Question channel now has nearly 600 users, Power BI brings operations into a single view for more than 100 daily meeting attendees, and Teams’ improved bandwidth and mobile support boosted adoption and productivity while saving costs by replacing third-party tools.
