MCS Group, one of Mongolia’s largest conglomerates with 10,000+ employees, needed to respond quickly to the technological needs of its workforce while working with limited IT resources. Many digital initiatives were delayed because developers were unavailable or the costs were too high, so the company turned to Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.

With Microsoft Power Apps, MCS Group said it could deploy business applications up to five times faster and lower software development costs by three times. The company also launched a group-wide citizen developer program, trained 283 employees on Power Apps and 263 on Power BI by the end of 2022, and built over 60 business applications in two years, including an internal app store for employees.
