mBank strengthens cloud capability through upskilling with Microsoft Learn

mBank, one of Poland’s largest and most innovative banks serving over 5.6 million customers, needed to migrate legacy on‑premises systems to the cloud while minimizing errors and building in‑house capability. To address this, mBank partnered with Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Microsoft learning ecosystem—using Microsoft Learn, Azure resources and CloudTeam-led bootcamps—to deliver tailored, blended upskilling in cloud technologies, infrastructure, data analytics and security.

Microsoft Power Apps helped implement a holistic learning program combining self‑paced Microsoft Learn content, instructor‑led classes and monthly bootcamps, reaching more than 800 employees and over 40% of the IT department; more than 550 staff earned at least one Azure certification. As a result, mBank reports its teams are ready to move applications to the cloud and strengthen operations with Azure, Power Apps and Data Warehouse solutions, reducing migration risk and accelerating its cloud strategy.
