Mazars Slovensko realizes effective teamwork with Microsoft Teams and Power Apps

Mazars Slovensko (part of Mazars), a professional services firm in Slovakia, needed to simplify collaboration and cut the burden of repetitive administrative work across its organization. Facing an unwieldy platform with more than 1,000 communities and slow onboarding, the company turned to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Power Apps to create a single, user-friendly hub for daily operations.

By integrating Microsoft Power Apps and other Microsoft tools into Teams, Mazars deployed a capacity tracker, quick-build apps (a parking-reservation app in one week and a desk-booking solution in 1.5 weeks), a Power Automate CIT robot (developed in under 40 hours and saving ~30 minutes per submission), a PDF converter, and automated onboarding workflows. The Microsoft Power Apps-enabled solution cut Teams from over 1,000 communities to 200, saved about 200 hours per month, reduced license fees by more than €1,200/month, and streamlined numerous routine tasks across the company.
