Mauritian industrial and services group makes huge leap towards digital transformation

Taylor Smith Group, an 800‑employee diversified industrial and services group in Mauritius, was held back by an on‑premises Lotus Domino environment that prevented anywhere‑anytime access, required costly hardware and backups, and limited productivity across its 16 business units. The move also simplified IT administration with standard desktops, improved licensing and uptime, strengthened data protection, and opened new productivity opportunities as the company begins to explore Power Apps for custom, device‑friendly applications.
