KEO International Consultants, a 50‑year leader in planning, design, engineering, and project management with offices across seven countries, faced the challenge of reimagining how work “works” to enable secure, effective collaboration anytime, anywhere, on any device. To achieve this digital vision, KEO turned to Microsoft technologies — deploying Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Power Apps to modernize collaboration, governance, and business processes.

Using Microsoft 365 and Azure as the cloud backbone, KEO built a SharePoint Online Business Management System, adopted Teams as its collaboration hub (nearly 30,000 screen‑sharing sessions in a single month), and applied Power BI for live KPIs; Microsoft Power Apps was integrated with the ERP to automate contract, financial, and legal approvals. Microsoft Power Apps helped double operating agility (more than 100% improvement), enabled next‑day remote work and seamless onboarding of new staff, and let employees approve requests from email or mobile—delivering clear productivity, governance, and operational impact.
