To address requests for a single point of contact and better self‑service, Securex partnered with Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Microsoft cloud stack (including Dynamics 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams).
Microsoft Power Apps helped Securex consolidate customer data and automate workflows by deploying Dynamics 365 for Customer Service/Sales/Marketing, Azure security services, Exchange Online with Office 365 ATP, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI). The solution delivered a unified customer view, stronger security with Azure AD Conditional Access and Cloud App Security, faster internal collaboration via Teams, and major efficiency gains—automating a reporting process from about 40 hours a week to roughly 5—and reduced platform costs (Dynamics 365 estimated 50% cheaper than alternatives) while cutting the number of managed applications and overall IT costs.
