Avanade, a global professional services firm, needed to support a highly mobile, dispersed workforce and simplify access to corporate content so sellers could be productive on the go. To address cumbersome intranet searches and fragmented document storage, Avanade adopted Microsoft Power Apps alongside Office 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business to deliver curated mobile content and a more streamlined digital workplace.

Using Microsoft Power Apps, Avanade developed the Digital @ Your Fingertips mobile app to surface SharePoint Online content, push real‑time notifications via Microsoft Flow, and make client evidence and demos available on a smartphone. The Microsoft Power Apps solution enabled sellers to retrieve and present updated materials and run demos in three clicks, reduced time spent hunting for information, improved seller productivity and mobility, and centralized content into a single source of truth.
