Gira Dental is Spain’s leading manager of dental clinic networks, supporting more than 1,900 clinics and 10,000 professionals and reaching over 6 million people through agreements with insurers. Facing rapid digital change, the organization needed to scale and secure its infrastructure, ensure traceability of appointments and medical records, meet demanding insurer SLAs, and continuously attract and onboard patients across new online channels using tools like Microsoft Power Apps alongside Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

Working with partner Prysma, Gira Dental moved to an Azure-based microservices architecture and deployed Dynamics 365, Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps to create a unified, scalable platform for insurers, clinics, and patients. The Microsoft Power Apps–enabled solution improved reporting and traceability, streamlined integrations, increased digital visibility and user adoption, and today 12 of the largest international insurers access the platform while the network continues to serve thousands of clinics and millions of potential patients.
