Gamle Oslo boosts its ability to serve residents using Microsoft Fabric

Oslo Agency for Health faced fragmented datasets across the Gamle Oslo district and lacked an effective way to see connections in real time, limiting its ability to move from retrospective reporting to predictive action. To address this, the agency engaged Microsoft Power Apps alongside partner Ingraphic and deployed Microsoft Fabric together with Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint to create a unified data environment.

Microsoft Power Apps helped implement a single interface that draws all data into one place via Microsoft Fabric, enabling staff to spot larger trends, correlations and to predict future events so they can act proactively. The result is real-time, consolidated insights for Gamle Oslo’s administration that improve situational awareness and the ability to serve residents more proactively.
