Key Way Group, a fast-growing Romanian fintech serving global clients, faced fragmented communication and slow, manual project processes that impeded collaboration and growth. By building a unified ecosystem and automating workflows with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Flow and Azure services, Key Way Group slashed project setup from one week and three meetings to four hours and one meeting, cut new-employee onboarding from three days to one, and runs about 1,500 Microsoft Flow executions per month. The Microsoft Power Apps–enabled solution also automated a daily processing task that previously consumed a full staff day, improving speed, visibility and data-driven decision making.
