Falck develops a salary management app for greater transparency and fairer pay

Falck, the Danish healthcare and emergency services provider, faced a slow, error-prone and insecure annual salary and bonus negotiation process handled in Excel. To digitally transform internal operations and increase transparency and fairness in pay, Falck adopted Microsoft Power Apps (alongside Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate and Power BI) to build a low-code solution for managers and HR.

Using Microsoft Power Apps with Dataverse and Power Automate — developed with partner Delegate — Falck launched the Merit app to automate and secure salary negotiations: built in a few months, it cut the process from up to 1.5 months to just 15 days, provided role-based data security via Dataverse, and added Power BI analytics for data-driven decisions. Microsoft Power Apps delivered clear time savings, improved transparency and employee engagement, and spurred further internal innovation.
