Dextra Group, a global manufacturing and infrastructure supplier with 14 offices, needed a single, consolidated source of customer data to manage complex, multi-office contractor relationships. To modernize its CRM and support remote collaboration, Dextra adopted Microsoft solutions—principally Dynamics 365 Sales—and leveraged Microsoft Power Apps (Power Platform) alongside Azure and Microsoft 365 to centralize customer records and streamline workflows.

Using Microsoft Power Apps together with Dynamics 365 Sales and Azure, Dextra rolled out the new CRM across 14 sites and added a Travel and Expense Power App for mobile claims.
