Robinson, a global logistics platform managing nearly $20 billion in freight and tens of millions of shipments each year, needed a centralized 360-degree view of customers to capture unmet needs and streamline sales across thousands of customer-facing employees. To replace fragmented homegrown systems and enable in-context capture of supply-chain and opportunity data, C.H. Robinson selected Microsoft Power Apps as part of a broader Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform deployment.
Using Microsoft Power Apps, PowerObjects built a canvas app embedded in Dynamics 365 and Power BI dashboards to surface high-value opportunities and improve data quality. Deployed to roughly 2,700–3,000 users within six months, the solution generated more than 14,000 sales opportunities in the first six months, improved opportunity-data quality by 89%, is launched about 450 times per day, and delivered full ROI in just 11 months.
