Campari Group, the global premium spirits company with more than 50 brands and 4,000 employees, needed to scale personalized consumer experiences across 22 geographies while coping with portfolio expansion and shifting consumer behavior. To build marketer trust, a data-centric culture, and real‑time orchestration, Campari turned to the Microsoft platform — including Microsoft Power Apps alongside Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Azure and Power BI — to unite customer data and enable omnichannel journeys.
Using a CRM center of excellence and Microsoft Power Apps for front‑end data capture, Campari deployed Dynamics 365 Marketing for journey orchestration, Customer Insights as a CDP, AI Builder for receipt validation, Azure for backend services, and Power BI for visualization. The solution allowed in‑moment profiling at events and brand houses, powered campaigns such as the 100,000‑Aperol Spritz “Spritz Squad” activation, and was rapidly redeployed across markets; adoption more than doubled in six months and Campari reports uplifts in CTR, data availability, purchase recency/frequency and engagement scores with expected reductions in acquisition cost and increases in lifetime value.
