Using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, Biogen and Arineo quickly delivered practical apps such as the Field Force Finder (Power Apps + SharePoint + Teams), an automated onboarding platform, and a coaching app in development. These solutions let staff rapidly identify responsible field reps, ensure new hires are fully set up from day one, and reduce manual HR/IT effort—onboarding is already live in Switzerland with a global rollout planned—delivering measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and operational load.
