Al Babtain Group, a large Kuwaiti conglomerate, set out to modernize its technology to strengthen cybersecurity, build analytics capabilities, and boost productivity across diverse businesses. To drive this digitalization, Al Babtain partnered with Microsoft Power Apps and adopted a suite of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365 E5, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Using Microsoft Power Apps alongside Azure, Microsoft 365 E5, Dynamics 365, Power BI and Power Automate, the vendor migrated workloads to Azure, implemented Intune, SSO and MFA, and built about 40 Power BI reports plus automated workflows (including a Power Apps solution for portfolio updates and Power Pages for real‑estate listings). The work improved Al Babtain’s Microsoft Secure Score to around 80, delivered real‑time financial and operational visibility, streamlined processes, and enabled faster, data‑driven decision‑making.
