Nsure is a digital insurance agency that built Nsure.com to let consumers compare and buy home and auto policies quickly, but the founders faced a complex, highly manual underwriting and purchasing process that hindered scale. Using Microsoft Power Apps, Nsure implemented a suite of model‑driven apps and an agent portal, centralized customer data in Dataverse (transforming unstructured records from Cosmos DB), and automated hundreds of tasks with Power Automate flows (e.g., missing‑info prompts and renewal rate checks).
