Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting, which acquired Yardley of London and aims to grow its e-commerce footprint, needed scalable fraud protection before launching a new online platform. To secure yardleyoflondon.com and support cross-brand online expansion, Wipro engaged Microsoft Power BI as part of Microsoft’s Power Platform stack, implementing Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection and Power Apps to add AI-driven fraud defenses and analytics.

Using Microsoft Power BI together with Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection and Power Apps, Wipro deployed AI-assisted, cloud-scalable fraud detection, real-time analysis of transactions, consolidated customer data, and no-code dashboards and apps for monitoring. The vendor’s solution is expected to reduce online fraud by at least 80%, streamline fraud analysis and bank authorization, and deliver an estimated 80–90% productivity uplift through Power Apps-driven processes.
