BitTitan, a cloud-born B2B company that helps IT service providers, needed faster, actionable insight into social media response and higher-quality partner leads to sharpen its marketing and sales. To get real‑time campaign feedback and improve lead qualification, BitTitan turned to Microsoft Power BI alongside Microsoft Azure and related Cortana Intelligence components.

Using Microsoft Power BI dashboards fed by Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database, BitTitan implemented Twitter sentiment analytics and an automated lead‑scoring pipeline. The results: original Tweets now reach five times as many people, partner engagement and subscriptions rose, and scored leads converted at 19/200 versus 1/200 for unscored leads—showing Microsoft Power BI’s measurable impact on marketing and sales outcomes.
