Cricuru, an edtech venture focused on cricket learning in India, needed a smarter way to manage customer journeys and send tailored CRM communications based on each user’s actions. Microsoft Power BI, together with Azure Data Factory and Azure Machine Learning, was used to help analyze subscriber behavior and support more personalized engagement.
Microsoft and its partner Voiceback Analytics built an AI- and ML-driven platform that automatically delivered customized emails, offers, reminders, content recommendations, and upsell/cross-sell messages. The solution increased registrations and average sales by more than 25% and boosted conversions by more than 20%, while also reducing CRM effort and costs for Cricuru.
