Working with partner KPMG, SSI implemented Dynamics 365 Customer Service as its CRM, integrated it with core systems and fed transaction and profile data into Microsoft Power BI for real-time analytics; Microsoft 365 and Azure provided secure cloud access while Microsoft 365 Defender strengthened security. The result: unified profiles for over 300,000 clients, 1,200+ employees using Microsoft 365 remotely, traders accessing live investor insights, improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and measurable sales growth driven by faster, data-driven decisions.
