To assess gaps and plan remediation, they worked with partner Crayon and leveraged Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power BI as part of their compliance efforts.

Crayon implemented its Service iQ program and delivered interactive business intelligence reporting built on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power BI to centralize visibility, track GDPR readiness across six key areas, and manage remediation actions. As a result, Turning Technologies achieved GDPR compliance, now proactively protects data for over 20 million users, and gained ongoing monitoring of Azure consumption, Office 365 adoption, license positions and monetized savings—enabling continuous compliance and reduced regulatory risk.
