Tunisian training agency improves data visibility with EDLIGO and Microsoft products

EDUCATION4SIGHT worked to give Tunisia’s Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment greater visibility into its Microsoft Imagine Academy certification programs by turning fragmented training, exam, and enrollment data into actionable insights. To meet this challenge, EDUCATION4SIGHT implemented its EDLIGO analytics and AI platform and integrated Microsoft Power BI (alongside Azure and Office 365) to provide secure access, cloud storage, machine learning, and reporting.

Using Microsoft Power BI visualizations embedded in EDLIGO and Azure Machine Learning for predictive analytics, the vendor delivered interactive dashboards and personalized reports that improved monitoring across 68 centers. The solution helped decision makers see that 41 centers and 13,057 trainees were attempting certification, enabled early detection of at‑risk students, and drove a 60% improvement in reporting and decision-making for 10 ministry leaders and 17 trainers.
