TPC Logística Inteligente (TPC), a major Brazilian logistics operator with complex, multi-area sales cycles, needed a robust CRM and marketing solution to improve visibility and speed up commercial processes. To support a Sales and Marketing restructuring, TPC implemented Microsoft Power BI alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Sales (with Microsoft 365 and Power Apps) through partner Inove to centralize customer data and streamline outreach.
