Toyota Ukraine enhances collaboration with dealerships to better serve end-customers

Toyota Ukraine, the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles serving more than 35 dealerships across the country, struggled with slow, error-prone information sharing from manual reports sent by email. To streamline data exchange and speed up service, Toyota overhauled its digital toolbox with Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Power Platform, using Microsoft Power BI for centralized reporting and analytics.

By deploying Microsoft Power BI alongside Power Apps, Power Automate and Dynamics 365, Toyota implemented a SharePoint portal, automated workflows and real-time dashboards that dealers and the head office can update directly. The change cut report preparation from two–three days to an instant click, automated more than 15 groups of business processes, reduced manual data-entry errors, and accelerated repairs and customer service—results driven by Microsoft Power BI dashboards and the broader Microsoft solution stack.
