They needed faster, more accurate insights into marketing ROI, loyalty program profitability, and workforce management as they expanded capacity, and engaged Microsoft Power BI alongside the Microsoft Azure Big Data stack (Azure, Azure Data Lake Storage) to modernize reporting and analytics.

Bridge Business Consulting implemented a Microsoft Azure Big Data Platform with CDC-driven ingestion, ETL to a Data Lake and Azure Data Warehouse, and a Power BI reporting layer to deliver self-service analytics, real‑time updates, pre‑canned reports and KPI dashboards. The Microsoft Power BI–enabled solution unified data from 17 source systems and over 600 tables into more than 120 measures and 25 dimensions, letting Star determine marketing ROI, analyze loyalty profitability, and better manage its over 8,000‑person customer‑facing workforce while decoupling from the legacy warehouse.
