Claro Colombia, a leading telecommunications operator in Colombia, faced the urgent challenge of moving thousands of employees to remote work while improving project oversight and operational visibility. To do this it adopted Microsoft Power BI along with Microsoft 365, Project Online, and Microsoft Teams as the core cloud and collaboration tools.

Using Microsoft Power BI together with Project Online and Teams, Claro Colombia shifted to 100% remote work in three days, increased daily Teams meetings from about 500 to roughly 10,500, and replaced static slides with interactive sales and project reports. Microsoft Power BI enabled timely, self-service analytics that raised operations visibility from about 50% to approximately 85% (a 35% improvement), streamlined reporting, and helped prioritize projects for better decision making.
