Sportily scores big with Valto and Microsoft Power Platform to drive impactful growth, improve service

Sportily, a mostly volunteer-run nonprofit in Gloucestershire, needed better real-time tracking and performance analysis across many clubs, events and locations. To address this challenge they partnered with Valto and adopted Microsoft Power BI (and the broader Microsoft Power Platform) to consolidate communications, membership tracking and KPI monitoring across participants, coaches and leadership.

Valto implemented a solution centered on Microsoft Power BI alongside Power Apps and Power Automate to automate reporting, streamline membership data capture, and deliver intuitive dashboards. The Microsoft Power BI–based system significantly reduced time spent tracking membership, improved service delivery and communication between families, volunteers and coaches, and freed staff to spend more time on community building while easily visualizing growth and impact.
