Söderberg & Partners Norway, part of one of Scandinavia’s leading insurance brokers and financial advisors, had grown beyond its reporting capabilities: multiple partners and accounting systems produced fragmented data and slow, manual reporting that limited visibility. To modernize analytics and reporting the company adopted Microsoft Power BI alongside Azure-based services such as Azure Synapse Analytics.

BI partner Reinsight Consulting implemented an Azure modern data‑warehouse using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics, and delivered custom dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. The solution enabled on‑demand, up‑to‑date reporting—cutting report creation from days to about an hour, surfacing changes within an hour, eliminating manual guesswork, and allowing rapid rollout to around a dozen additional companies.
