Secure Energy Services needed a more efficient, standardized way to capture and report health & safety data across its Processing, Recovery & Disposal operations. Using ITRAK to standardize forms and workflows, the company still required powerful analytics and visibility for managers and field staff to close hazards faster and enforce mandatory corrective actions — so they integrated their data with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and dashboards.

By exporting clean ODATA from ITRAK into Microsoft Power BI, SECURE built role-specific dashboards and filters that put thousands of forms into the hands of facility managers and support teams. The combined solution was deployed quickly (55 days), improved transparency and accountability, and produced measurable gains: proactive efforts tracked rose from 12,370 (2015) to 34,360 (2016), total forms entered increased from 5,262 to 7,803, and proactive efforts per employee jumped from 19.86 to 74.16 — all enabled by Microsoft Power BI dashboards and ITRAK’s standardized data.
