Saudi Airlines Catering Company, a large hospitality provider in Saudi Arabia, faced widespread manual processes, heavy paper use, and limited real-time visibility across in‑flight, retail, catering, HR and finance operations. To modernize and enable data‑driven decisions, the company worked with Microsoft Power BI and the broader Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate) to digitize data collection and streamline workflows.

Using Microsoft Power BI together with Power Apps and Power Automate, the vendor helped build 11 apps and 16 dashboards that replaced paper forms, enabled tablet-based feedback, online visitor registration, a centralized recruitment tracker, digital business cards and automated receipts.
